A wooden bobbin gypsy table with red velvet top

A superb example of a bobbin base gypsy table. This piece has everything you’re looking for: beautifully turned bobbin legs, which are highly worked, and a red velvet tasselled top (later than base). This has light wear as seen but is in good overall condition.

Condition: Where there are specific points to note we will detail these as far as possible but please be aware that all our items have wear commensurate with age and are as seen in the photographs. If you require any specific information please do not hesitate to get in contact. Please note that this table is somewhat roughly made (glued at the joints) but is structurally sound. It also has a slight lean to the top as seen in the images. There is old woodworm to the base- this has been watched and treated, and is inactive.
