INSTALLMENT 2 of 2 for Priscilla
An absolutely spectacular piece of epic proportions!
We absolutely love this sculpture, made for the English National Opera’s production of ‘Man of La Mancha’ (2019) starring Kelsey Grammer (the second image shows this piece on stage).
A wonderful modernist shape but harking back to earlier prehistoric times, reminiscent of Moore, early Hepworth, maybe a touch of Picasso, and other geniuses! It really is a remarkable piece.
We believe it’s of fibreglass construction and it certainly is a complete one off, hand made and hand painted. It’s weighty but can be carried by one or two people.
We think this would look utterly superb in an interior as the very definition of a ‘statement piece’, or could be sealed to ensure longevity for use outside.
There won’t be another so don’t hesitate! You’ll forever regret it.
