A large silver mercury glass witches ball

A stunning, rare, silver mercury glass mirrored witches ball. 19th Century or earlier. Hand blown glass with bubbles/inclusions, and an irregular shape (rippled surface).

This ball has a rare, elongated form.

Absolutely HUGE size! 26cm x 20cm. Beautiful patina. A truly wonderful example.
