A framed print of a Karl Brodtmann lion engraving

This exquisite old print features one of Karl Brodtmann’s lion engravings (these were originally published in the first quarter of the 19th century though this is a later copy). This copy has some age and is a large example at 69.5cm x 57cm.

A truly exceptional piece of art which has been professionally framed and glazed (label verso), the outer frame being wooden as well as the inner mount also being made of wood instead of the usual cardboard.
