A framed Indian textile collage from The Paris Picture House, Lahore

An absolutely charming Indian textile collage signed Khalique, and labelled verso for the Paris Picture House, 30 Ewing Road, Chowk Nila Gumbad, Lahore. This was a high end art dealership and framers, the only other piece by them we can find online having been sold at Bonhams.

This picture is beautifully framed in a deep, glazed box frame.

Such a wonderfully romantic and exotic piece.
