A Chinese faux plant made from semi-precious stones

A superb Chinese plant or tree, with beautiful chrysanthemum flowers.

It’s 18.5” or 47cm tall and the same wide. A grand example.

This is the best we’ve seen- a combination of jade, coral and other hard, semiprecious stone.

We believe the pot itself is bronze. It is wonderfully decorated in relief. All very heavy and exquisitely made.

This piece bears a ‘Hallidays’ label underneath- which may be a shop or auction house?
