A carved bust of Tutankhamen in red Faturan

A very unusual, large (29cm) old carved bust, created in Faturan (similar to Bakelite or Parkesine). This was produced up to the 1940s, so this likely pre-dates that.

This rare bust depicts an Egyptian head, likely king Tutankhamen, with a crown of King Cobras. The plinth top makes it a perfect stand for an additional object.

An excellent piece for any collection. Exceptionally rare.
