A Moorish hexagonal bobbin table

An absolutely stunning, beautifully and profusely carved hexagonal inlaid table, very much in the style of the Punwani Brothers of Calcutta or other Moorish examples imported and retailed by Liberty & Co in the late 19th Century as illustrated in their 1890s catalogues.

A good, large size.

Standing on a hexagonal base sublimely carved with bobbin work.

Late Victorian/early 20th century, this table is truly lovely. The carving is marvellous, though not without issues.

A wonderful, rare thing.

One of several Oriental/Anglo-Indian/Moorish tables on offer in this style.
