An Edwardian oak folding chapel chair by Mealing Bros

We have 4 remaining of these wonderful wooden folding chapel chairs- available individually- which will be a beautiful addition to any room.

Made of oak by the Mealing Bros of High Wycombe (stamped to ironwork), these chairs were crafted in the early 1900s Edwardian period and have the most beautiful features: the cut out, carved crossed, the shaped seats, the book shelves on the back and so on. They are excellent quality. The patina of the wood is just wonderful. That they fold is a real bonus and makes them perfect for easy storing.

These chairs are perfect for any antique furniture collector or anyone interested in adding a touch of history to their home- they will look superb around any dining table for years to come.
