An ebonised cushion mercury mirror

An utterly gorgeous, elegant and timeless cushion mirror.

Likely French or Italian in origin, and early 19th century.

This piece has the most perfect and extensive foxing to the plates, and these beautiful plates are flanked with brass and copper repousse work. It really is breath-taking.

Not to be missed.
