An Anglo-Indian trench art dinner gong

A superb WWI era Officers’ Mess dinner gong, of Anglo-Indian design. It is constructed from a suspended artillery shell and of substantial size.

This piece is stunning and has an excellent patina. The ring is crisp and true too!
