A vintage child's ride on aeroplane from a fairground merry-go-round

An outstanding ride-on plane, likely converted from a fairground merry-go-round ride. Polychrome paint on a wooden body. The patina and wear on this piece make it really special, as does the love and care that went into making it. It's a piece of folk art. 

This is sturdy and robust, and would look amazing hung.
