A straw filled Republican elephant mascot

An absolutely superb old straw filled elephant and of a large size.

In red, white and blue, this charming American toy elephant is the classic mascot of the GOP, or Republican Party. 

Comes complete with political pin badges but the flag is NOT included.

A wonderful piece of social history.

I believe that the other seams are hand stitched but these could also be old repairs.
