A pair of gold velvet Louis Philippe chateau or country house chairs

A wonderful pair of mustard gold velvet chairs with pretty seamed details and ruched arms. We adore the original twisted rope, two-tone tassel fringe. Truly elegant with just the right amount of wear to give that beautiful chateau chic. The flocked velvet is in superb overall antique condition. Very comfortable.

Gorgeous turned legs. Original unusual horn and brass castors- please note that one chair has two rear castors missing so you can either replace these or remove all the castors. It does not affect the usability of the chairs even if left as is- they still rest comfortably.
