A pair of carved wooden Burmese fertility puppets

A wonderfully characterful pair of old ‘Burmese’ marionette puppets, complete with naughty bits! We are told that these are fertility puppets.

The puppets have numerous strings (not all attached though the majority are) which control everything from the individual eye movements to the more intimate parts!

A great pair which come complete with display stand.
