A pair of black leather riding boots with wooden lasts

A fantastic, purely decorative pair of black leather boots with old wooden lasts, possibly belonging to one Captain Carter.

The lasts can be removed and are fully articulated. Lasts are marked L and R on all corresponding pieces.

Stencilled freehand with ‘Capt Carter’ in gold. This addition has got age and isn’t newly done.

These are being sold as decorative pieces as the boots are very well worn as seen.

Boot sole: 27cm x 8.5cm

Including lasts, these pieces are 56cm tall and very heavy.
