Such a handsome and useful piece, this locking cabinet with key has a drop front, and internally, a central removable shelf.

It could be wall mounted, placed on a table or used on the floor. It would be excellent for filing and correspondence, for books, perhaps for shoes in a hallway, or for trinkets and display purposes.

The wood has a beautiful patina, and the detailing is just lovely.
