A large ceramic elephant jardiniere

A wonderful, very large glazed ceramic jardiniere in the form of an elephant and howdah, which forms the planter.

The piece is a great size, and well cast with good detail. Very much in the Italian Hollywood Regency style. Mid century.

A beautifully decorative thing and most unusual indoors or outside. We cannot find another.
