A large brown leather Liberty & Co. hippo footstool

An utterly superb, very large (94cm!) mid to late 20th century hippo, perfect as a footstool, and possibly retailed by Liberty in the Omersa/Abercrombie style.

Oodles of charm and character. Such a brilliant piece. Find another we say! He’s awesome!

There are scuffs over the body but a good polish would do wonders. He’s nose dived after a few drinks too and so has scuffs to his right nostril- or maybe it was that pesky dog again…
