A heavily distressed gilt mercury wall mirror

An extremely characterful old mirror. The plate is very distressed with areas of mercury missing and other areas where a red/orange hue shows through. Plenty of glorious wear to the gilded gesso and wood frame too. The mirror has a wonderfully decorative look.

No wall fittings are included so you can choose to use this portrait or landscape.
