A black and gilt outset or box corner mirror

A beautiful, large mirror with an outset/box corner, reminiscent of classic Napoleon III styles.

The plate is thick bevelled glass, and the frame is wooden. Classically gilded with moulded gesso rosette detailing and acanthus motifs. It’s a very good quality piece which we believe is of Spanish manufacture.

The mirror is fitted verso for either portrait or landscape hanging.

A wonderful addition to any space.
