A 19th Century wrought iron and wood garden bench

Oh my! We have had some beautiful antique benches but they’re not always so comfortable, however this one is every bit as comfy as it is stylish and handsome!

The work on this is true quality: the top back slat and front seat slat have curved edges, the beautiful spiral of the arm rest abc carved wood top, the flick of the back legs! Just wonderful.

It is absolutely sturdy and solid, a great weight (heavy!), and we would imagine it will outlast us!

Perfect as it is- we love the slightly flaky, romantic patina- or sand back, repaint, the choice is yours. But don’t let this beauty slip away!

This bench would look perfect in any garden, or indoors in a hallway or conservatory.
