A 19th Century Chinese carved wood and gesso seated figure

A phenomenal single carved wooden figure. We believe this is Chinese.

This figure was appraised as late 19th/early 20th Century. It is of a good size and is beautifully detailed from the face to the robe, and is well timeworn.

A superb single figure to grace any collection.
