A wooden Makonde "Medicine Man" stick ~2

An absolutely stunning carved and inlaid Makonde tribe ‘Medicine Man’ stick, finely done.

This piece was purchased between the 1940s and 1978: we can be sure of this as it came from a private collection amassed by a wealthy Kenyan family within this period. It will predate this in terms of its age as the family predominantly collected antique pieces.

A wonderful thing. A cut above your average piece. One of two on offer, listed separately and priced individually.

Please note: we cannot post this item due to the risk of snapping.
