A Rex Whistler for Cecil Beaton style horse carousel fairground panel

An absolutely spectacular old carousel horse-themed fairground panel.

This piece is all original and would make an outstanding piece of wall art. It could be illuminated if desired, or it would look perfect as a beautiful bedhead.

It has been suggested that this piece may be by Rex Whistler for Cecil Beaton at Ashcombe (the circus bedroom); we cannot be sure of this but it is certainly in that style.

The piece is assembled from layered panels, all of which teem with colour. It is simply breathtaking; the pictures really don’t do this glorious piece justice.
