A pair of large blue and white ginger jars with parrot motifs

An absolutely wonderful, very large pair (62cm) of Chinese ceramic lidded ginger or temple jars.

These are beautifully hand painted (and hand thrown) in traditional blue and white with an unusual parrot motif. Though they have little age, they are very attractive things and the scale is absolutely breathtaking.

These display extremely well. You will not find a more decorative pair. In excellent condition.
