A wasp waist mannequin by The French Bust Company of London

A wonderful, wasp waist mannequin on an ebonised stand.

Beautiful original heart-shaped plaque on the base for the French Bust Company: “Figure Modeller to 20 Royal Families. London and Paris.”

In excellent order for its age, and compared to other examples.

These are now so hard to find. A truly lovely example.
